Black and White Art showing use of Positive and Negative Space

Students were given half of a sheet of black and a full sheet of white paper to create this art.  Planning and organization was key to the success of this project.

Modern Colour Art

Modern inspired colour art using warm, cool, or complimenatry colour schemes.  Done using Oil Pastel.

Olympic Sport Sculptures

Being inspired by photographs by Canadian Olympic photographer Jason Ransom's pictures from the Sochi Olympics 2014, students created sculptures of Winter Olympic sports.

Snowman Art

Students were asked to draw a snowman from a side view using perspective.  Some students got creative with what the snowman was focusing on.

Collective Doodle Art

Students we asked to doodle different desings for the Holiday Season and to make one stand out using colour.  We creted a collective art piece in the school hall to celebrate the season.
